    To lock in your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment — easy and stress-free.

  • RUNNING LATE?

    We totally get that life happens. There’s a 15-minute grace period — after that, we may need to cancel or reschedule to keep things smoothly.

  • NO-SHOWS

    If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and future bookings may be limited. We appreciate your understanding.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and your deposit can be transferred to another appointment within 30 days.

  • GUESTS

    To keep the space calm and focused on you, we kindly ask that you come solo unless otherwise noted.

  • FRESH START

    Please arrive with clean lashes or detangled hair depending on your service — it helps us give you the best results, every time.

    All appointments are booked through our website — it keeps everything organized and ensures we don’t miss you.
