Deposits

To lock in your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment — easy and stress-free.

Running late?

We totally get that, life happens. We will offer a 15-minute grace period — after that, we may need to cancel or reschedule to keep things smoothly.

No-shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and future bookings may be limited. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellations

Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit can be transferred to another appointment within 30 days.

Guests

To keep the space calm and focused on you, we kindly ask that you come solo unless otherwise noted.

Fresh start

Please arrive with clean lashes or detangled hair depending on your service — it helps us give you the best results, every time.
