How long does it take for extensions to arrive?Extension arrival times depend on the type of extensions ordered, as well as shade, length, texture, and availability.
Traditional wefts usually arrive within 4–5 business days.
Genius wefts and tape-ins usually take around 7–21 business days to arrive.
We recommend booking hair-included appointments in advance to make sure your extensions arrive before your installation date.
How do I know how much hair I need?The amount of hair needed depends on your desired length, fullness, natural hair density, and installation method.
Longer lengths and fuller looks usually require more hair. If you are unsure, please send clear photos of your natural hair and your desired inspo photo so we can recommend the best amount.
How often do I need hair extension maintenance?Maintenance depends on the method.
Tape-ins usually need maintenance every 6–8 weeks.
Beaded weft microlinks usually need maintenance every 6–8 weeks.
Sew-ins may need maintenance or a reinstall depending on hair growth, tension, and the condition of the install.
Do you do foreign lash fills?Foreign fills are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
A foreign fill means your current lash extensions were done by another lash artist. Before filling them, we need to assess the set to make sure the lashes are healthy, clean, and properly applied.
If the previous set has too much grown-out lash, poor isolation, too much glue, buildup, or damage, a removal and fresh full set may be required.
What is considered a lash fill?A lash fill is for returning clients who still have a good amount of lash extensions remaining from their previous set.
To be considered a fill, you should have at least 40%–50% of your lash extensions remaining. If too many lashes are missing, the appointment may be considered a full set.
How should I prepare for my lash appointment?Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Avoid mascara, eyeliner, strip lash glue, heavy concealer, and oily skincare around the eyes before your appointment.
Clean lashes help with better retention and a smoother application.
